The Pilates Room Policies

Please cancel at least 12 hours prior to the class. 

FOR INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CLASS PACKS: If you LATE CANCEL (cancel less than 12 hours) or are a NO SHOW you will forfeit that session. 

FOR MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP: If you LATE CANCEL (cancel less than 12 hours) or are a NO SHOW you will automatically be charged a $15 fee to your credit card on file.

 We are an open studio. Please read these policies to make sure every client has an uninterrupted session. 

Please refrain from using your phone in the studio. Please silence your phone and/or watch during class. 

Please do not bring anyone else to the studio. Only clients that are participating in the class should be in the studio during class time. 

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time, as another class or private session may be ongoing. 

Be considerate of your fellow clients.

 All sessions must be paid for in advance using our Online Scheduler or App. 

Refund Policy: Unfortunately, The Pilates Room does not offer refunds.

Credit Card Policy: If you are on a monthly unlimited membership with auto-pay, please make sure you credit card on file is up-to-date. If your monthly payment does not go through, you will be removed from any classes you are signed up for. Once payment has been re-established, you may sign up for classes again.

All participants must be 18 years or older to participate.

 We will update the website and social media accounts if The Pilates Room is closed due to inclement weather.

The Pilates Room is committed to protecting the information you provide to us. This includes information that we receive from your online communications with us, such as your visits to our web site and your transactions through the Internet, other electronic services we provide, and information collected and stored from in-person disclosures. We want you to know how we collect information about you and how we use it. We also want to assure you that we will always respect your privacy and the confidentiality of personal information about you. 

The Pilates Room collects, uses, and retains information about you only when we reasonably believe that the information is necessary to conduct our business properly, provide excellent service to you, and to offer you additional products and services. We will tell you why we collect and retain certain information upon request.

I. Categories of Information We Collect: 

A. Information You Provide to Us. When you place an order, enroll in our email list, open an account, enroll in a class, participate in a questionnaire, communicate with customer service or send us an email, you provide us with information that we collect. Such information includes but is not limited to your name, address, phone number, credit card information, and purchase history.

B. Other Information We Receive and Store. We also receive information from you as a result of your visiting our site, including but not limited to; sending us emails including your IP address, your email address, your browser type and version, your operating system and platform, your purchase history, products you view, products you search for, length of visits to pages, and other browser interaction information.

C. Health Information. We may collect personal health information that is disclosed to us for information needed to delivery adequate Pilates activities. We do not share personal health information with anyone except as necessary to our staff and instructors. 

II. Maintaining the Accuracy of Your Information

The Pilates Room is committed to maintaining the accuracy of your information. If you become aware of any inaccurate information contained in our records, you should contact us katie@thepilatesroomnwa.com and we will undertake to investigate and correct any inaccuracy as promptly as possible. 

III. Protection and Confidentiality of Nonpublic Personal Information

The Pilates Room informs its employees about the critical importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. We take appropriate action, if required, to enforce this responsibility among our employees. Access to customer information is only provided to those employees with a valid reason for knowing such information to provide products or services to you. We maintain procedural safeguards that comply with regulations to guard customer information.

IV. Restrictions That Protect Your Privacy in Third-Party Business Relationships

It is sometimes necessary to provide your information to a third-party such as a vendor or service provider that we engage with to provide you with adequate and necessary services. The Pilates Room insists that the third-party adhere to guidelines for keeping your information confidential.

Any changes in our Privacy Policy will be posted to this website and will become effective as of the date of posting with respect to information we then collect in the future, but will not be applicable with respect to information already collected. It is and will be your responsibility to review our Privacy Policy from time to time to make sure you are aware of any changes.

A. Effective Date. This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to all data that we have collected since the date we started collecting data which was November 1, 2019.
