FOR INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CLASS PACKS: If you LATE CANCEL (cancel less than 12 hours) or are a NO SHOW you will forfeit that session.
FOR MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP: If you LATE CANCEL (cancel less than 12 hours) or are a NO SHOW you will automatically be charged a $15 fee to your credit card on file.
We are an open studio. Please read these policies to make sure every client has an uninterrupted session.
Please refrain from using your phone in the studio. Please silence your phone and/or watch during class.
Please do not bring anyone else to the studio. Only clients that are participating in the class should be in the studio during class time.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time, as another class or private session may be ongoing.
Be considerate of your fellow clients.
All sessions must be paid for in advance using our Online Scheduler or App.
Refund Policy: Unfortunately, The Pilates Room does not offer refunds.
Credit Card Policy: If you are on a monthly unlimited membership with auto-pay, please make sure you credit card on file is up-to-date. If your monthly payment does not go through, you will be removed from any classes you are signed up for. Once payment has been re-established, you may sign up for classes again.
All participants must be 18 years or older to participate.
We will update the website and social media accounts if The Pilates Room is closed due to inclement weather.
The Pilates Room is committed to protecting the information you provide to us. We also receive information from you as a result of your visiting our site, including but not limited to; sending us emails including your IP address, your email address, your browser type and version, your operating system and platform, your purchase history, products you view, products you search for, length of visits to pages, and other browser interaction information.
C. Health Information. We may collect personal health information that is disclosed to us for information needed to delivery adequate Pilates activities. We do not share personal health information with anyone except as necessary to our staff and instructors.
